Premiere Weight Loss + Wellness is a medically managed weight loss program that connects you with a licensed healthcare team that will develop a comprehensive weight loss plan tailored to you.
Results will vary. However, most lose 5% of total body weight in 5 weeks and greater than 10% total body weight lost after 3 months.

Weight Loss Medications
These GLP-1 agonists are effective in weight loss as they delay gastric emptying, and enhance sensation of fullness, thus decreasing food intake. These agents have been successfully studied in obese, non-diabetic patients. Weight loss results can be seen as early as 1-2 weeks into treatment.
Use is not recommended if you or any family members have ever had thyroid cancer or thyroid tumors, Medullary Thyroid Carcinoma (MTC), Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2) or have had a serious allergic reaction to Semaglutide or terzepatide.
Common side effects of GLP-1 agonists may include: nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, stomach (abdomen) pain, headache, tiredness (fatigue), upset stomach, dizziness, feeling bloated, belching, gas, stomach flu and heartburn.
Phentermine
Phentermine is a prescription medication used to suppress appetite and aid in weight loss. It belongs to a class of drugs known as sympathomimetic amines and works by stimulating the release of certain chemicals in the brain that decrease hunger and increase feelings of fullness.
Phentermine is recommended for overweight persons with a BMI greater than 27. Phentermine is not recommended for use in individuals with a history of heart disease, high blood pressure, or glaucoma. It is also not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
